Wild at Art – Class Terms & Conditions & Liability Waiver
Effective Date: February 17th, 2026
These Class Terms & Conditions apply to all classes, workshops, camps, private events, and creative programs offered by Wild at Art in Kitsap County, Washington.
By registering for or participating in a Wild at Art class, you agree to the following:
1. Registration & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.
Space is limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration is not confirmed until payment is received.
2. Participant cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the class may receive a refund or class credit (minus processing fees).
Cancellations made fewer than 24 hours before the class may receive class credit at Wild at Art’s discretion.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
3. Wild at Art cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to:
Low enrollment
Instructor illness
Weather conditions
Facility issues
Other unforeseen circumstances
If a class is canceled by Wild at Art, participants will receive a full refund or transfer option.
4. Studio conduct & Safety
Participants must:
Follow all instructor directions
Use tools and materials responsibly
Respect other participants and staff
Wild at Art reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. No refund will be issued in such cases.
5. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
Participation in arts and craft activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Use of scissors, blades, carving tools, or other sharp instruments
Use of hot glue guns or heat tools
Exposure to paints, dyes, adhesives, and other art materials
Slips, trips, or falls within the studio
By registering for or participating in a class, you acknowledge and agree that:
You understand and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
You (and/or your minor child) are physically able to participate in the activities.
You release, waive, and discharge Wild at Art, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from participation in our classes, including claims arising from ordinary negligence.
This release applies to personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss occurring during or related to participation.
6. Medical Authorization
In the event of an emergency, Wild at Art may administer basic first aid and/or contact emergency services.
By participating, you authorize Wild at Art to seek emergency medical treatment for yourself or your minor child if necessary. You agree to be financially responsible for any resulting medical costs.
7. Minors & Drop-Off programs
Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian unless the class is designated as a drop-off program.
For drop-off programs, a parent/guardian must provide emergency contact information and remain reachable during class hours.
8. Allergies & Health conditions
Participants are responsible for notifying Wild at Art of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to class. While we strive to maintain a safe environment, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free space.
9. Photography & Media Release
Wild at Art may photograph or record classes for promotional or marketing purposes.
By participating, you grant permission for Wild at Art to use photographs or video that may include your likeness (or your child’s likeness) without compensation.
If you prefer not to be photographed, you must notify us in writing before the class begins.
10. Personal Property
Wild at Art is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought to class.
11. Agreement
By registering for or attending a class, workshop, camp, or event at Wild at Art, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Class Terms & Conditions, including the Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability.
