Wild at Art – Class Terms & Conditions & Liability Waiver

Welcome to Wild at Art, located in Kitsap County, Washington (“Wild at Art,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online registration system, communications, and related services (collectively, the “Site” and “Services”).

We use secure third-party payment processors. Wild at Art does not store full credit card information.

All content on this Site — including logos, graphics, class descriptions, designs, images, and written materials — is the property of Wild at Art and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Class materials and instructional content are for personal use only unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Privacy

Wild at Art collects personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, billing details, and registration information for the purpose of:

  • Processing transactions

  • Communicating about classes and events

  • Providing customer support

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.
